ALINA FRIDMAN
FOUNDER & CREATIVE DIRECTOR

With a keen eye for detail, passion for design, and talent for the art of celebration, Alina Fridman entered the dynamic world of special events when she opened the doors to her boutique design studio in 2005. Alina quickly scaled her small business into a full-service event production company delivering unique, memorable, and branded events for her clients.
 
Over a decade later, Alina began producing her own events, starting with luxury wedding shows, where she managed the entire production and marketing. Many of her event colleagues took notice and reached out to her for their marketing needs. Creating branded experiences in niche markets became her specialty. Soon after, she launched Ladies Take the Lead, producing engaging networking events for women entrepreneurs to come together and leverage their collective energy into business opportunities. Today, Ladies Take the Lead has become the community for inspiration, networking, and events. 
 
An ambitious entrepreneur who has built image-positive brands in niche markets, Alina has been tapped by many of her Ladies Take the Lead members and followers to help provide creative marketing solutions for their brands. With a growing demand for Alina's creative ideas, she expanded her market and works with solopreneurs, the beauty, hospitality, lifestyle, wellness, and wedding industries by providing innovative marketing services to help amplify their brand and find their fabulous.​

Alina also writes, produces, and hosts the Ladies Take the Lead podcast and is the editor for the wedding blog, Finding Fabulous Weddings.
